Early Registration will be open from April 15th, 2008

Registration fee for regular participants 300 Euro (requires payment before June 10, 2008)

Late Registartion fee is 400 Euro (in case of payment after June 10, 2008)

Reduced student fee 100 Euro (limited number available)
(requires payment before June 10, 2008 and a letter of recommendation by the student's supervisor)

Early Registration for HFM2008 is done in two steps:

(1) Fill in the registration page available on the HFM2008 web page with your personal data as requested. By sending off the document your registration becomes effective.

(2) Early registration becomes effective if the conference fee of 300 Euro is transferred before June 10, 2008. Transferal of the conference fee can be done either via Credit Card or via Internationa Money Transfer using one of the follwoing procedure described below:

To effect the Payment:

I. Credit Card Payment:

Please download the document credit_card_transfer.pdf , print it out and fill in

a. The HFM2008 Registration Number given in the email acknowledgement of your online Registration.
b. The credit card number
c. Check Number (3 or 4 digit number found in the signing field on the reverse side of your credit card) (see also N.B. at end of the instructions)
d. Your full name (as given on your credit card, please print)
e. The Expiry Date (month/year)
f. Sign the form
g. Give the date (year/month/day)
h. Finally, send the filled in form by FAX to +49 711 689 1689 (for SECURITY REASONS not (!!!) as an email)

N.B. If you chose not to provide Credit Card Number and Security Code simultaneously on the Fax form, please mail the check number directly to r.kremer@fkf.mpg.de or use phone +49 711 689 1688

For administrative reasons deduction of the Conference Fee from your credit card account cannot be done before the end of the month.

II. International Money Transfer

Use International Bank to Bank Money Transfer to the following account administered by the MPI for Solid Sate Research (!!! SWIFT Code and IBAN number are a must for International Money Transfer!!!)
